Job Description / Responsibilities :
• Maintain Product Quality (SQI).
• Improve the Product with upgrade features.
• High response for Support.
• New Customer Acquisition.
• Convert customer language to technical information.
• Manage the schedule for Wish list/ Bug list/Support Issues.
• Product Upgrade Release.
• Functional Documentation.
• Schedule Creation & Distribution.
• Managing Project Schedules.
• Ensuring Project Performance and Project Deliverables.
• Training and Hand holding the customer on working procedures.
• Creating and distributing reports based on the usage of Wrench by customer.
• Resolving support issues as per agreed support levels by interfacing with customer and product teams.
• Ensuring Wrench Performance and making it live with the customer.
• Ensuring that the payment is received as per accepted schedules.

Desired Skill Sets :
• Good verbal & written communication.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Should have knowledge of CAD packages.
• Should have understanding of ERP packages.
• Ability to understand design and documentation.
• Understanding customer requirement.

Implementation Engineers

Job Description / Responsibilities :
• Interaction with the customer and the customization team.
• Complete the implementation within the time schedule and budget.
• Ensure highest quality of the software onsite.
• Training and Hand Hold the customer on working procedures.
• Create and distribute Reports based on the usage of Wrench by customer.
• Resolve support issues as per agreed support levels by interfacing with customer and product teams.
• Ensure Wrench Performance and make it live with the customer.
• Ensure the payment is received as per the accepted schedules.
• Work with business Development Managers in
– Studying the business process of a customer for pilot implementation.
– Implement the mapped business process and demonstrate to customer with their data.
– Help creating the implementation document.
– Help define the scope of customisation after preliminary study.

Desired Skill Sets :
• Good verbal & written communication.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Should have knowledge of CAD packages.
• Should have understanding of ERP packages.
• Ability to understand design and documentation.
• Understanding customer requirement.
• Willing to travel in India and abroad.

Eligibility :
• BE / BTech - Mechanical / Civil
• BE / BTech + MBA
• Year or course completion - open
• MBA / Marketing experienced candidates also welcome
• No current back papers

Starting Salary :
• BTech candidates - during the training period they will be paid training stipend of Rs 8000/- pm, On confirmation, starting salary will be Rs 12,000/- pm.
• BTech + MBA candidates - 13,000/- pm during training period and 20,000/- pm on confirmation
