Job Description :
• Working closely with hiring managers on recruitment needs.
• Sourcing candidates through referrals, job portals etc.
• Scheduling and coordinating for interview with Technical panel and candidates.
• Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to understand the applicants interest towards job, technical skills, qualification, current CTC, etc and making them understand the job profile.
• Documentation and following up with the offered candidates before joining.
• Preparing periodic reports to be shared with the business and senior management.
