- M. Tech. / M. S. / in Mechanical / Aerospace / Civil (Structures) Engineering from a reputed institution.

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience on Finite Element Analysis, preferably in Aviation domain

- In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and structural dynamics

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

- Unfailing dedication to deadlines and commitments

- Exposure to Six Sigma tools and techniques

- Exposure to design, manufacturing and testing processes of sheet-metal parts and piping-systems.

Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose-
The engineer will execute and lead analytical simulation efforts for the aero-engine external systems to guide the evolution of

new engines as well as to resolve field / manufacturing / supplier issues.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities-The broad responsibilities are as follows:

- Execute and lead Static / Dynamic / Thermal analysis projects for the Aero-Engine External Hardware

- Provide inputs through analytical simulations for improving design and for addressing manufacturing / supplier / field issues

- Ensure on-time and error-free execution of projects

- Effectively communicate and collaborate with design groups at global sites and execute program plans

- Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise at a system/domain/program level

- Mentor team members on project execution and technical competencies

- Actively contribute to the process improvements and drive technical excellence by developing best practices.
