• Should have exposure in implementing custom .NET components.
• Should have good exposure to Design Patterns and Object Oriented Programming.
• Should have experience on Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Should have working knowledge of latest Microsoft technologies (WCF, WPF, ADO.NET Entity Framework, and Silverlight).
• .NET 3.5 with C# 3.0 and work experience on Visual Studio 2008 is required.
• Should have experience on both Windows and Web based component development.
• Develop code based on the technical design in compliance with high quality standard required.
