• Assembling PC, Trouble Shooting of PC, Basic Networking Problem,
• Installation of Operating System and Ms Outlook or outlook expresses Installation.
• Good technical knowledge and desktop level troubleshooting skills
• Sufficiently good Analytical skills
• Strong basic understanding of applications support; Ms Outlook or outlook express.
