Job Description :
• Technical products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
• Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer Support on basic operational or maintenance of Networking products like computer routers, modems.
• Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify issues.
• Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
• Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
• International Voice process.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Graduate freshers like BE, B.Tech [2009 & 2010 with less than 60%], Any graduate and postgraduate, Diploma holders in any domain and ITI, 10+3, 10+2 with one year of any domain experience.
• Experienced from any domain with good communication skills, Basic technical knowledge, technical support, willing to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication skills is mandate.
