Desired Experience :
• Freshers / Experienced
• No direct sales experience required. (summer internships in customer facing positions or sales related experience a plus)

Desired Skills :
• High inclination/orientation toward sales & meeting quota/target.
• Excellent written (both grammar and substance) and spoken English communication skills and presentation skills an absolute must. Entire schooling in English medium a must – ICSE, IB, IGCSC, or CBSE school boards a plus.
• Good Aptitude/Logical thinking.
• Personality – talkative, friendly, smiling, extroverted, modern/western outlook, jovial.
• MS-Office, E-mail, and Internet usage and research savvy – a must.
• Integrity, ambition, drive, passion, confidence, dedication, hard working – ALL A MUST.
• Demonstrated clear leadership and communication skills during school and college.
• Well read, globally aware; extensive travel a plus.

Job Description :
• As a Business Development Executive you will generate and close new business leads for Arctern’s Sales Department.
• The position involves extensive cold-calling business customers in designated regions across the US promoting offshore outsourcing to India.
• There is no face-to-face interaction with any customers – all sales activities are over the phone and via the net/e-mail. You will represent and sell our pioneering service, Remote Hire.
• You will introduce US senior management on how to leverage talent in India helping them effectively compete in an increasing globalization scenario. You will work US hours out of one of Arctern’s offices of your choice.
•The compensation is salary and commission based. There is excellent growth opportunity for candidates that prove themselves.
• This position will be undergoing extensive training during the first two weeks, and will be on trial during the first three months to verify the candidate's ability to meet clearly outlined objectives.

• Train for becoming an experienced internationally savvy Offshore Outsourcing Sales Consultant.
• Play a significant role in the explosive offshore outsourcing market projected to grow over 60% each year for the next 4 years.
