• 2010 & 2011 Pass Outs only Allowed.

The process involved on the campus day for the position of "Sales Trainee & Export Import Trainee" would include the following :
• Screening - Candidate will fill the Candidate Information Form in the presentation hall & hand it over to the Patron’s Coordinator's.
• Test Process - Short listed candidates will take up the test process (1hrs 30mins duration approx including instruction giving, distribution & collection of the test materials).
• Corrections & result announcement.
• PCT - Persuasive Communication Test - Test Shortlist candidates will undergo a face to face voice round.
• PCT Result Announce.
• Finally – HR Personal will inform the candidates with regards to Final Interview round.
Eligibility Criteria :
• 2010 & 2011 Pass Outs only Allowed.
• Only MBA graduates allowed (With Marketing & International Business Specialization)
• Only Male Candidates are allowed to sit for the Process. (Female Candidates are Strictly Not Allowed to sit for the process)
• Candidate should have good communication skills in English & Local Language (Write, Speak & Read).
Note: Preferably we are looking for the candidates who can join immediately.
